The conference flyer
The conference flyer will be distributed nationally and internationally late September 2008. Please contact us if you have not received one and would like one. (NB. The registration form is not included as part of the flyer).

Early bird registration discount
Register before February 28, 2009 to receive the early bird discount.

How to register for the conference
 Simply download and print off the registration form, fill it in and post or fax it to us with your payment. (If this method is not possible for you please contact us and we will send you a from by fax or post.) Click here for the conference registration form

Payment Options
Australian delegates may pay by cheque, bank cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). International delegates may pay by bank cheque in Australian dollars or by credit card.

Confirmation of Registrations / Tax Invoice
A tax invoice/confirmation will be emailed once your registration has been processed. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST.

Refund Policy
Cancellations notified in writing by 30 May 2009 will be eligible for a refund less $150. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for a refund but another person may attend the Conference.

Concession Eligibility
Concessions are available for current holders of Student Cards, Pensioner Concession Cards (Centrelink & Veterans Affairs), Health Care Cards (but not Seniors Card). Proof of concession must be supplied with your registration form.
